MEET THE PROVIDER

Rosalid (Roza) Kimani has vast experience with the diagnosing and treatment of mental illness. Ms. Kimani works in various areas including depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. (For full list check Services). She believes in both talk therapy and medications for a holistic approach and better mental health outcomes. Ms. Kimani's path started after losing close family members to mental illnesses and was drawn to psychiatry and found a passion for helping other people struggling with mental illnesses live better and more functional lives. Ms. Kimani is empathetic to each patient's needs, she is a good listener and advocate for her patients as well as being culturally competent and believing that everyone deserves a second chance in life.

Her qualifications include: Verified by Psychology Today (License: Georgia/ RN255620), Being licensed in Washington and Georgia. As well as Verified by Growth Therapy, and the University of South Alabama.

With four years of experience and the title of PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner). Ms. Kimani has been described as authentic and empowering. She is driven by the quality of her service rather than the quantity, Ms. Kimani never wants you to feel like she's not listening. During your first appoinment you and Ms. Kimani will talk about your symptoms and then together you and her will find possible treatment plans that would work for you.
